How to Shop on Lady Amour

  1. If you don’t yet have an account with Lady Amour, simply register by completing the new customers sign-up process.
  2. You will find it by clicking on Log In / Register at the top of every page.
  1. There are several ways to browse our store. You could use the navigation bar at the top of the site to take you to the department you want to shop in (for example, WOMEN, MEN and so on) or click on the blocks displayed on the home page.2. Want to browse a little more before you make up your mind? Click on the heart icon next to the Add to cart button add to wish list. This will save the item in a folder called Wish list in your account. Then scroll down to see similar items.
  1. Just like a real-world shopping spree, you can add multiple items to your cart before proceeding to payment.
  2. Once you are ready to pay for the items in your cart, click on the cart icon on the top right hand side of the page. That will show you all the items you have put into your shopping cart,
  3. If you’re happy with your choice, you can click the Secure Checkout button.
  4. If you don’t yet have a Lady Amour account, or aren’t already logged into your account, you will be taken to the account log in/ register page.
  5. If you’re an existing customer, just log in to your account using the email address you used when you set up your account, and your password.
  6. Once you are logged in, you will be presented with your shopping cart items once again. Click proceeds to checkout.
  7. This is where you enter your delivery address, bearing in mind that courier we use only delivers during business hours and is Door to Door delivery. For this reason when you create your account you will be asked to insert 2 Delivery Addresses.
  8. Please note we require your Street Address, Postal Code, Company Name (If delivered at your work address), Postal Code and Contact number for Delivery.
  9. If you have a Coupon Voucher Number you can enter it so that amount gets deducted of the Purchase amount.
  10. Your mind is made up and you’re ready to buy. Select your item and click the Add to Cart button. If it is a handmade item select your Primary and Secondary Colours and if it’s in your comment put in extra colour choices and request.
  11. Finally, enter your payment information and click on Place the order. Well done, new Lady Amour shopper, your order has been received.

Secure Payment

You can pay at Lady Amour using your Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card, via electronic funds transfer (EFT), or SnapScan.

Lady Amour make use of Payfast Payments, PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant.  We use Extended Validation SSL with 256-bit encryption. Only two of the four major South African banks use this –the highest– level of encryption currently available.

3D Secure is a new method of security mandated by the Visa and MasterCard Associations and managed by South African banks to enhance security of online transactions. 3D Secure provides an extra layer of security by requiring that the cardholder submits a second level of authentication when shopping online. MasterCard’s product is called “SecureCode” and Visa’s product is called “Verified by Visa”

Absa cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Just proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS or email. Enter this OTP on the checkout screen, and click “Submit” to process your transaction.

Excellent! If you have already registered or activated your card for 3D Secure with Capitec then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. You will need to enter your memorized SecureCode password on the checkout screen, and click “Submit” to process your transaction.

Already registered for 3D Secure?

Excellent! If you have already registered or activated your card for 3D Secure with FNB, then proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS or email. Enter this OTP on the checkout screen, and click “Submit” to process your transaction.

No, I have not registered or activated my card!

If you’re an FNB customer and you know that your card has not yet been activated for 3D Secure, simply do the following:

  • Login to your FNB online banking profile
  • Select the “My Bank Accounts” tab
  • Then select the “My Cards” tab
  • Click on the “Activate Now” link in the “Online Secure” column
  • You will be sent an OTP via SMS or email
  • Enter this in the OTP field and Submit
  • Once done, your card will be activated for 3D Secure

If you are an Investec cardholder, please use your credit card pin when prompted to submit the One Time Pin (OTP) in the checkout and click “Submit” to process your transaction.

Nedbank cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Just proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. You will see a screen requesting you to confirm your cellphone number so that a Nedbank Approve it message can be sent to you. As soon as you receive this SMS, you can authorize the transaction by pressing one of the following options on your cellphone:

1   to accept the transaction and proceed with payment

9   to reject the transaction and cancel the payment

Standard Bank cardholders no longer need to register/activate 3D Secure. Just proceed to checkout and follow the prompts. A One Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to you via SMS or email. Enter this OTP on the checkout screen, and click “Submit” to process your transaction.

If your bank is not enrolled in 3D Secure, your transaction will still be secure and you will be able to continue to checkout. Please contact your bank if you have any queries.

Delivery

Remember – Lady Amour uses The Courier Guy (unless other delivery is chosen by the client) that only delivers to street addresses and they deliver during weekdays (no weekends or public holidays) so please select your delivery address accordingly. On registering you will be given the choice to enter 2 delivery address (Work/Home).

After payment has cleared depending on where you live delivery can take 3 – 13 working days for SA customers.

Customers outside SA, customs can delay the packages by up to 6 weeks.  Customers outside SA need to request Quotation for delivery.

All orders require signature on delivery. Please let us know if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame and we will track it for you.

The Tracking Number will be emailed to you when your parcel is ready for collection by The Courier Guy. You can track your parcel on the following link:  http://www.thecourierguy.co.za/

The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in the Lady Amour terms and conditions. The product(s) in question must be returned to ladyamour.co.za in their original state, including all labels. Any such cancellation must be done by via Etienne calling 084 733 3666 or info@ladyamour.co.za. Lady Amour will then refund you.

  1. Should a product you have ordered be unavailable, Lady Amour will notify you thereof.
  2. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, Lady Amour will notify you via email and issue you with a coupon. You are welcome to reply to the email and advise us that you would prefer a refund: the online store credit will then be removed and your refund will be done in the same method used to pay for the original order.
  3. If a coupon / voucher were redeemed on the purchase and the entire order cannot be fulfilled, Lady Amour will issue a replacement coupon with the same Terms & Conditions applicable. If part of an order in which a coupon was used is not available, the actual rand value paid will be automatically refunded to in store credit – any queries to this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Lady Amour ships all domestic and international orders via The Courier Guy. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched so you can track your item.

Customers have to make sure their delivery address is correct. It stays the customer’s responsibility to supply the correct delivery address and to make sure there will be someone to collect parcel and sign for it. If the parcel cannot be delivered to due to an incorrect address supplied or no one is there to collect parcel and additional cost arises from Courier Company, the customer is liable for extra amount.

All international orders are currently done on an individual bases. Delivery times vary depending on the country and Customs issues and are therefore only indicative.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. All international packages can potentially incur customs charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping. If you have any questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns of online store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Lady Amour works hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.

Returns

  1. Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.
  2. Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by Lady Amour or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, the Provider will exchange it on the condition that the customer returns the products within five business days of receipt. In such an instance, the Provider will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, Lady Amour will refund or provide online store coupon voucher for the purchase amount upon receipt of the returned products
  3. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in a new and unused state.
  4. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense if there is no defect on items.
  5. * Note: Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom orders, except if your item has a defect. If your item has a defect, we will happily pay for the return shipping for all domestic residents.
  6. Products are represented through both images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Custom made items may have small colour variations from piece to piece. We cannot accept any liability if there are variations from the sample
  7. Pack the item/s in their original packaging into a box to protect the items you are returning. Please make sure packaging is securely sealed.
  8. We will arrange to collect the package from the address you supplied within 4 working days with The Courier Guy.
  9. Please email info@ladyamour.co.za to request a return authorization. All exchanges must be approved beforehand. Once we approved your return, we will send you further instructions. After your Return is processed, you will be issued a Coupon Voucher for Lady Amour Online store. Items shipped to us without a Return Authorization will be shipped back to you at your cost – please help us help you!
  10. Please note: Lady Amour cannot assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Lady Amour.

If you are returning a sale item, you will be refunded the reduced price. If you returning an item for which you paid the full amount but which is now on sale, you will be refunded the actual rand value paid.

If you redeemed a voucher against your purchase of the item you are returning, the value of the voucher will not be refunded to you. Lady Amour will however issue you with a replacement voucher to the same value with the same terms and conditions as the original promotion, provided that the promotion is still active.

Products that are supplied incorrectly by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased).

Products that is damaged or faulty.

Please retain the product’s original packaging and do not wear it. All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received in, and in their original packaging.

If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased), please do not remove the product from its original packaging or try the product on at all. Promptly contact Lady Amour on 084 733 3666 or email info@ladyamour.co.za, so that we can collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible.

Products that you or any other person has altered, repaired, incorporated or added to may also not be returned.
